Return & Quality Policy
At Family Threads, every product is custom-made just for you through our trusted print partner. Because each item is made to order, we do not accept returns or offer exchanges unless there is a problem with the quality of the product.
Quality Guarantee
We want you to love what you wear. If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or not up to standard, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order. We’ll work with our print provider to investigate the issue and make it right.
If the issue is confirmed by their quality team, a replacement or refund will be issued—whichever is most appropriate for your situation.
Color Variation
Please note that minor color differences may occur due to printing processes, materials, and environmental factors. These variations are normal and fall within acceptable industry standards, and are not considered defects.
No Returns or Exchanges
Because our products are custom printed specifically for each order, we are unable to offer returns or exchanges for size, color preference, or buyer’s remorse. Please double-check sizing and product details before placing your order.
Lost or Damaged Orders
If your order is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please reach out within 30 days of the estimated delivery date so we can help resolve the issue quickly.
Wrong Address or Unclaimed Packages
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate. If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, being unclaimed, or rejected at delivery, we can help place a new order—but you will be responsible for the shipping costs.
